Minuscule 604 (in the Gregory-Aland numbering), α 459 (von Soden), is a Greek minuscule manuscript of the New Testament, on parchment. Palaeographically it has been assigned to the 14th century.〔K. The codex contains the text of the Acts of the Apostles, Catholic epistles, Pauline epistles on 394 parchment leaves (size ). The text is written in one column per page, 16 lines per page.〔 It contains Prolegomena at the beginning, lectionary markings at the margin, , subscriptions at the end of each book, with numbers of . The order of books: Acts, Catholic, and Pauline epistles. Epistle to the Hebrews is placed after Epistle to Philemon.〔
